Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got a keyboard  (HP Lifestyle tpc-p001k) with the PC I bought yesterday, but I don't know how to disable fn lock. I want to press on f1 to f12 keys without having to press fn.

That style keyboard is used primarily with laptops. That is why the FN key. A normal keyboard does not have that !

Thank you for helping me. To fix my problem, I had to download Autohotkey and create my own script. I'm so happy I don't need to get a new keyboard.
