Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-0019ur
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

If I insert a video card, the integrated graphics disappears from the device list. Is there any way to disable the automatic shutdown of integrated graphics in the bios of the 843b motherboard? (I'm currently running the latest BIOS version - F.50.) Or maybe custom version of BIOS?

No you can NOT. The specs of your machine is

Which clearly says:  Integrated video is not available if a graphics card is installed.
