Hp Pavilion Desktop PC 590-p0053w

I just bought this desktop today at walmart hooked it up and everything and it telling me to sign into an account that I dont know about and it making it hard to do anything when I dont know this account to my new desktop I bought from walmart. So I'm trying to factor reset it but dont know how from the starting screen

Hi:

 

You would need to know the password in order to reset the PC from within Windows.

 

I suggest you use the HP cloud recovery tool to make a bootable recovery drive that would be equivalent to a factory reset.

 

Since you boot from it, no password is required.

 

Here is a link for how to use the cloud recovery tool.   You will need another Windows PC and a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.
