Let me take a moment to thank you for posting on the HP Support Forums.
I understand that you have an HP 19-2113w All-in-One Desktop PC. I read that when you try to transfer files via the USB drive or attempt to move from the computer to the trash bin, an error code: 0x80070570 appears. Not worry, I'll do my best to help you.
For better clarity and to assist you better I would require more information regarding this:
- Is the computer able to read the contents of the USB drive?
- Does this error appear only while transferring files & moving the files to the trash bin?
- Did any software changes or updates happen post which this issue may have started?
Meanwhile, I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:
-
Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files: Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files - Microsoft Support
-
Automatically diagnose and repair Windows file and folder problems: Automatically diagnose and repair Windows file and folder problems - Microsoft Support
If the issue still persists then let us perform a Windows refresh (repair). This will not delete your data.
I genuinely hope the issue gets resolved without hassles and the unit works great. Let me know how it goes. All the best! 🙂
