I am an IT Engineer and work with HP systems almost on a daily basis for customers.
For comfort and ease purposes we ship out new systems and repairs without any notification or warning signs on icons, like the one HP Support Assistant give when it has messages or information articles.
To mark the entries as read I have to click on each one of them. This is not so convenient on very old systems or touchpad systems.
Is there a way to mark everything as read in one go?
