Your PC's BIOS is probably already in legacy mode.

 

Run the Windows system information app.

 

About 1/3 of the way down on the report, you will find a BIOS Mode line.

 

It will be either on UEFI or Legacy.


If it is in UEFI mode, I recommend you leave it in UEFI mode unless there is a specific reason you need to have the BIOS in Legacy mode and in that case, you will have to reinstall W10 by booting the installation media from a legacy boot source, not a EFI boot source.
