Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have a problem with HP ELITEDESK 800 G4.

After turning on BIOS freeze on "Protected by HP Sure Start" screen.

No action can be taken, trying different boot devices neither show system info.

Tried multiple restarts, remove CMOS battery, swap RAM. Nothing works.

Imo BIOS is corrupted and I want to reinstall it. How to do it in this model without properly working BIOS?
