I used media creation because of viruses, how do I reinstall HP Jumpstarta and all of the HP apps that come with a new laptop.

If you go to your drivers page for your model, it will have all the basic stuff to install for your system.

Really all you need is the section for Software Solutions and Utility Tools.

Note that games and other trial software will not be available from the drivers page.

 

HP Jumpstart on the other hand does not have a download. It only comes preinstalled on machines. You would have to try the HP Recovery Media to get it back. But honestly, its not necessary to have. You can download apps yourself without that interface.
