I have seen a similar question with the recommended solution, but in my case, there is no "Remove device" in the "Edit device" form.hp support asst 1.JPG

I sympathize with you.  when I run it a message shows that I have a unsupported computer but my HP printer is hiding behind that message,

 

click on feedback and complain. that's what I did

 

if enough people complain they might fix it
