Hi @Bob1116,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you want to unpair the HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen from your HP Envy X360 15.6 Inch 2-In-1 Laptop PC 15-Fe0000 (79J40AV) and turn it off, you can follow these steps:

Unpairing the Pen:

  • Go to your laptop's settings or control panel.
  • Look for the "Bluetooth & other devices" section.
  • Find the HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen listed under paired devices.
  • Click on the pen's name and select the option to remove or unpair it.

Turning off the Pen:

  • After unpairing, you can manually turn off the pen by pressing and holding the power button (if available) for a few seconds until the indicator light turns off if there's any.

To pair the pen again:

  1. Pairing the Pen:
    • Make sure your pen is charged.
    • Put the pen in pairing mode. This typically involves pressing and holding a specific button on the pen until an indicator light starts flashing rapidly.
    • On your laptop, go to the Bluetooth settings again.
    • Click on "Add Bluetooth or other device" and select Bluetooth.
    • Your laptop should detect the pen in pairing mode. Click on it to pair.

I hope this helps.
