How do I delete the archived messages in Hp Support Assistant?

In HP Support Assistant, open the app and navigate to the Messages section. Select the archived or unwanted messages individually, then click the delete option (often an "X" icon or trash button next to each one) to remove them permanently.

When I open the archive message folder I do not find an X to delete the message or a trash symbol.

May be due to newer version. You can uninstall it using revo uninstalled free version and it provide advanced scanning which you should do and clean all its related files by selecting all amd click on clear. After clearing all, reinstall it from hp driver page of your laptop/pc.
