Hp desktop set up

HP Recommended
Pavilion desktop pc
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I just purchased a new PC. Turned it on and cant get past the set up. Can I get it back to the beginning to enter a new email address?

Don't worry, I'm here to help! 

 

Let's try these steps -

 

1) Shutdown the computer. 
2) Unplug all the Adapter and peripherals connected. 
3) Press and hold down the power button for 15 to 20 seconds. 
4) Plug-in the Adapter. 
5) Try to turn on the computer.
