Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, 

My HP laptop won't save my setting. I've set 'hide taskbar', 'typing/language setting(like shift+2 should be' @' but it comes as " instead).  On my next boot, the task bar is unhide, typing goes back to default.. Do u guys have any solution?

Ignore this.. I found the solution. All my problems before this was because of this thing. An antivirus client called the segurazo. I've removed it and my laptop runs fast without lag and crash
