If you are seeking an official authorization letter from HP for bidding or business purposes, you will need to go through HP’s official Partner Program.


Please visit the HP Partner Portal: https://partner.hp.com/.

 

Only registered and approved HP Partners can receive such authorization directly from HP.


Unfortunately, no one here on the forum can provide that.
