I can’t download anything because a box that says “ the deployment operation was blocked because special profile deployment is not allowed” please help me. I have a assignment due today

According to what I could find about this message, this only happens if you are experimenting with both deploying Windows applications and special profiles -- both functions that we are unable to support.
