Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I own an Omen Obelisk HP gaming desktop and was attempting to update my BIOS but I can't seem to get passed the compiling results text. "HP is compiling your results. This could take up to 3 minutes, depending on your computer and connection speed. Thank you for your patience." This Message. I waited for almost an hour but the loading text is still there and nothing changed.

Hi:

 

Using Microsoft Edge, the support page works fine for me.

 

That is the browser that HP recommends accessing the support pages with.
