I am unable to open MS office files in word, excel, power point etc

Sorry, but since this is just a self-help Support Community staffed mostly by volunteers, we have no capability for debugging problems with third-party (i.e., non-HP) applications.

For help with these issues, you have to contact Microsoft Office Support.

What error-message do you get when you try?

 

Has it previously worked correctly?

 

Which version of MS Office (2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, 365) ?

 

Have you tried uninstalling MS Office, and reinstalling it?

 

Have you tried its "Repair" option?
