Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a HP 212B 1.01 motherboard and I can't seam to find the option to turn on Hardware Virtualization in the BIOS setup options. I've checked to see if my CPU supports it and it does. Would highly appreciate any help.

Do you have a Z440 PC?
That is what shows up when I google the motherboard spec you posted.
See the service manual, chapter 2, page 29 for the location of the enable VT setting.
