Product: HP All in one PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When in the mail it says icloud settings need to be updated the next screen asks for user name and password when this is entered it just reverts to the sreen with update request

Sorry, but since icloud is an Apple product, we would have no way of debugging issues with it or fixing it.  You will have to contact Apple Support to find out what they suggest.
