Recently, when I was on zoom, I was not able to locate the camera. After looking in the device manager, there is no camera device listed. Is there a way I can download the software/drivers for this model?

@bcsac
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
To resolve this issue, reinstall the Intel RealSense application from HP Recovery Manager.
NOTE: Depending on the model of your computer and its configuration, your Recovery Manager screen might vary.
- Use the Windows 10 search box to search for HP Recovery Manager.
- Click on HP Recovery Manager to open it.
- Open HP Recovery Manager.
- Select the Reinstall drivers and/or applications option.
- Locate and select the RealSense application.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to install the app.
Figure 2. HP Recovery Manager menu.
If the issue persists, follow the next steps.
Install Camera drivers from here: https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-pavilion-24-b000-all-in-one-desktop-pc...
- And, also check for Camera switch which will be located next to the camera or rear of the camera.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
