I purchased my first hp laptop! First, there's not enough memory on my Victus "gaming" laptop to install more than 1 game at a time. Everything needs to be stored in windows C. Well, I all of a sudden have low memory, to the point where I can't even install 1 game. Come to find hp one agent! Taking up 4,392 MB installed 7x! I can't uninstall due to an error message. I've also read it's almost impossible to get rid of, it plagues most hp laptop users! How do I uninstall the thousands of MB not needed for the program? Also, if all my photos are stored in the cloud, why do they take 485 MB in drive C? Why can't I delete EA App? It takes 518 MB, I don't know where I use it. I have 20 Microsoft Visual C++ taking up space, why 20? Please help my storage emergency. I can remove the photos obviously but why offer cloud if it compromises storage anyway?

Please post the model number of the PC. If this is new, then you should not be running low on space already.
Most new PC's have ample drive space, so there has to be another situation in this story.
I'm not an HP employee.

If the computer is new and there is not much data (or backup your data first), do what I do with ALL computers, I blow away EVERYTHING that comes from the factory.
Most computers, especially home model bought at retail, come with so much pre installed CRAPWARE. Plus, one can never be sure what 'monitoring/spyware' software can be installed.
So, I ALWAYS have bootable USB keys with Windows latest version and then I partition the drive the way I want. It always runs much faster and takes LESS time than trying to remove all the crapware.
