Product: Hp Touchsmart 310-1126
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hello I cannot log into my computer. It was set up years ago for my mother and she never used it so it has sat since I set it up like 8 years ago. I know nothing about any back up disk and it doesn't give me the option to log into another account. HELP!

According to forum rules, we are not able to help with passwords, ETC.

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:

 

4d. No posts shall include instructions or directions intended to bypass or subvert security measures, including passwords, locking mechanisms, fingerprint scans, etc., or to bypass any safety measures.

 

Just an FYI:  Windows 7 passwords are fairly easy.  Use Google or whatever search engine to research the solution.
