Product: HP Omni 200 PC

When I insert the CD-R, the PC does not seem to recognize it.

I cannot determine if this PC is even capable of burning to a CD-R.

There are many HP Omni 200 machines, what is your ? The following link shows one of them

 

            https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-omni-200-5300-desktop-pc-series/5035328/document/c02671736

 

It should be able to burn CDR and CDRW. Please use CyberLink software which came with the machine to burn.

I did not know about the Cyberlink software.

It looks like it will solve my problem.
