I was getting ready to use my Microsoft Office 365 and cannot get in because of error status 0xc0e90002. How can I fix this?

Unless I am mistaken, 0xc0e90002 is an error code generate by the  PC.

Please run diagnostics to verify the disk is good.  Tap the ESC key after powering on and select F2 to run diagnostics.  If this is a non HP computer then run windows scan disk or whatever is available from the OEM.

You mentioned Microsoft 365.  I assume you registered it at your account at www.microsoft.com

If it was just installed then the install failed and you need to re-download from your account.

Possibly system files are corrupted and this needs to be examined before re-downloading.

This third party site explains how to use DISM and SFC to repair your windows system.

Please run the system file scanner.  If it completes OK then try Office again and if it fails then download from your account.
