Unless I am mistaken, 0xc0e90002 is an error code generate by the PC.

Please run diagnostics to verify the disk is good. Tap the ESC key after powering on and select F2 to run diagnostics. If this is a non HP computer then run windows scan disk or whatever is available from the OEM.
You mentioned Microsoft 365. I assume you registered it at your account at www.microsoft.com
If it was just installed then the install failed and you need to re-download from your account.
Possibly system files are corrupted and this needs to be examined before re-downloading.

Please run the system file scanner. If it completes OK then try Office again and if it fails then download from your account.
