Hi:

You need this driver for the 1st device:

Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Driver

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp95001-95500/sp95216.exe

You need this driver for the 2nd device:

HP Application Enabling Software Driver

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp142001-142500/sp142171.exe

You will have to find the driver for the 3rd device from the hardware manufacturer's website.

The WinTV device was not included with your notebook.

I have downloaded drivers from this site in the past and they appear to have the driver for that WinTV Hardware ID:

1st one on the list.

Drivers by Hauppauge HD-PVR2 (Model 145210) USB\VID_2040&PID_E502) equipment (driverscloud.com)

Unfortunately, I don't know why that driver is having a problem, but you can also download the driver for the ACPI\HPIC0003 device from the Microsoft Update Catalog website as well.

2nd one on the list.

Microsoft Update Catalog
