I keep getting a message

HP Recommended
HP TouchSmart 320 PC
Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

Keep getting message "We are sorry.  Software and drivers can only be run by one user at a time.  Please switch to the user who is currently running it and close the program."  However, no other user is running a program.  What is causing this?

First of all, you are not running Windows 10 IOT -- so claiming that is only confusing the issue.

 

Second, what is happening on the PC when you get this message?
