My computer's current remains at 0.6A after it's turned on. I suspect the BIOS file is corrupted. I need the original BIOS file for recovery. Please send me the *.bin file.

@Richard_Young, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Unfortunately, there are no drivers or BIOS files available for the HP 27-P014 All-in-One computer on the official HP website for this specific unit.

However, you can try the following options:

HP Support Assistant:

You can use the HP Support Assistant software to help diagnose and potentially recover your BIOS. It might provide recovery options if the BIOS is corrupted.

Download it from here.

Open the software and check if it offers any BIOS recovery or repair options.

BIOS Recovery via Built-in HP Feature:

Many HP devices come with a built-in BIOS recovery option. Try the following steps:

Turn off the computer.

Hold down the Windows + B keys on the keyboard.

Press and hold the power button for 10-15 seconds while still holding down the Windows + B keys.

This should trigger the BIOS recovery screen, and you can follow the on-screen instructions to recover your BIOS.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.

You may have misunderstood me, or you're using an automated response. My computer won't boot, so I can't perform any software operations. I need the BIOS.BIN file to program and resolve the issue. If you have one, please let me know. Thank you.

Hey @Richard_Young,

Thank you for your response

Unfortunately, as mentioned, there are no BIOS files available for your unit on the official HP website.

Since the issue remains unresolved, I suggest contacting our phone/chat support team for personalized assistance. They can provide one-on-one help and may even be able to work their remote assistance magic to fix the problem.

Note: There might be a nominal charge for the service they provide.
