You're very welcome.
The only suggestion I can offer if you have not done so already would be to clean install W10.
Make a bootable USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
Boot from the installation media, select the version of W10 you previously upgraded to as the operating system to install.
When you get to the part that asks you to enter a product key, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.

Hi:
Here is the link to v2.15, but if you have upgraded to v2.28, you can't go back to v2.15.

Since you are running W10, I recommend that you use the F10 Setup BIOS flash method to update the BIOS.
All of the Windows based BIOS update methods were written to be run using Windows 7 or older operating systems.

Hi,
Thank you very much for your answer and help. I didn't manage to upgrade and I don't know what to do. The problem is that I can't install win 10 or win 7. I thought that going back to version 02.15 I could install win 10. Win 10 was installed on version 02.15 bios and it worked until it gave up, and on the monitor the message shows that it needs to be repaired, or startup settings need to be made. Until OS win 10 crashes, I made the "Disable driver signature enforcement" setting.

Hello,
Yesterday and today restart the computer displaying a message with the text: Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you. What can it be?
Thanks for the help
