I need help contacting Hp support here in the US for warranty services .

I have contacted HP multiple times In regards to warranty services. I Purchased my laptop in November 2019. Online states that my warranty is expired. HP offers a one year manufacturer warranty. Both times that I contacted HP I was told that I would receive a kit to send my laptop in for repair. I even purchased the extended three-year warranty. I have yet to receive the box with information on how to send my lab top in for warranty repair.
