I have problem in ho prodesk 400 g5 .bios error so I need bios bin file

The BIN file is contained in this download.

 
To get to the BIN file, Open the download with 7-zip (right click on the downloaded file) and then pick open archive with 7-zip.  You will see the BIN file listed in the results.  DO NOT run the install as it try to install the whole thing and will not result in just the BIN file.
