I need to flash update my bios.

Hi, i want to flash update my bios to a new or older version. Im doing this because the current bios is unstable for me, version F.20. How can i flash update my bios? I already have a usb and a small amount of common sense, just need sources and a small tutorial. Thanks!

so what is the problem exactly?
It is very dangerous to perform a bios update.
In many cases, a rollback is impossible, or very complicated!
You can update the bios automatically with HP support assistant, I do not recommend because too many problems reported here!
Or after downloading the updated version available if there is!
