I need to get a driver for DeskJet 4155e onto a PC that is not on the internet.

This pc is not and can not be connected to the internet but the printer installed via USB is working sporadically. I wanted to try installing a new driver for the printer and the only way I can see of doing that is using HP Smart. But that insists on being connected to the internet. How do I do this?

Download the Driver on Another Device:

• Use a computer or device with internet access to download the full printer driver and software package for the HP DeskJet 4155e from the HP Support website.
• Look for the Full Feature Software and Driver package for Windows 10.
• Save the file onto a USB flash drive.

Transfer and Install the Driver:

• Connect the USB flash drive to the offline PC.
• Copy the driver file to the PC and run the installer.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation. During the setup, choose the USB connection option when prompted.

Manually Add the Printer (If Necessary):

• Open Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Add a Printer.
• Select The printer that I want isn't listed and choose Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings.

Set the Printer as Default:

• Right-click your DeskJet 4155e and select Set as default printer.
