Product: Envy x360 2-in-1 laptop 15 - ey0xxx

I am trying to get a Bamboo Ink Stylus pen to work with my laptop HP Envy x 360 2-in-1 laptop 15 ey 0xxx
Version 23H2 os Build 22631'

Pen = CS 323AG

I can't get a Bluetooth link.  I have tried setting the pen with the 2-side push down buttons to change the modes.  Any help or understanding here?>>> Thank you

Please do not wasting your time, they may NOT compatible. On page 19 of the manual of your machine, the following pen/stylus is compatible with your machine.

 

           HP Pro slim pen part # M89498-001  

 

which is  Zenvo pen, you can order from : https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=M89498-001
