Product: Pavilion g series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Sonohealth software download for windows 10 initiates and prompts to open file and when opened i get a box that states permission denied and i then ran a troubleshooter on this and it showed issue not fixed because it is an incompatible program,I have contacted Sonohealth twice and they have not responded, I was wondering if there is a way that i can get this software to download and to operate correctly, I am not a high tech individual so the easier the solution the better for me, Thank You for any assistance you can provide

Sorry, but since this is just a self-help Support Community staffed mostly by volunteers, we have no capability for debugging problems with third-party (i.e., non-HP) applications.

For help with these issues, you have to contact the vendor of the application or their support forum -- see here:  https://support.sonohealth.org/
