Welcome to the HP Community --
Computers -- regardless of brand -- are not aware of what you are doing - not at all.
Computers are hardware.
The Operating System you are running defines the environment supported by the hardware, including all the ways you interact with the computer and the world outside of the computer. Any rules enforced on this level are those built into -- or added to -- the Operating System.
Examples of Operating Systems
Windows
Linix
MacOS
What to do?
Control which web sites are allowed to be sought, searched, viewed, or offered when you are using the Internet.
- Use a browser that includes the options you like - Peruse the browser's Settings to see what the browser offers.
- Increase the effectiveness of your browser's setup -- Install browser "Add-ons" control the browser's behavior.
- Use a search engine that allows you to restrict what you see when you are searching or looking for information.
Examples of Browsers
Microsoft Edge
Firefox
Chrome
