Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

Norton can be very difficult to completely uninstall.

 

Try this download Link having the Norton Removal Tool.

 

Hopefully this removal tool can assist. I don't know if the removal tool will work because I don't use Norton Security software.

 

I can't say if this removal tool will now work if you have partially uninstalled Norton Security.

 

You may have to reinstall Norton Security. Then retry the Norton Removal Tool.
