Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I was given a used HP Desktop MO1 - F1224 but I've been unable to log in? The prior owners log info pops up when I turn it on. But I click on create new account and did as it asked but I still can't log in. What am I doing wrong?

 You can use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive to reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

 

In essence, it factory resets your PC's drive to its 'out of the box' condition.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store:

 

HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Microsoft Apps

 

Since you would have to use the tool on another PC, after you launch the program, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window to create the recovery media.

 

Your PC's product number is 1J7P8AA#ABA
