HP Recommended

My new HP is a 2nd computer. I am paying for 200 GB Icloud storage on Computer 1 and it says I have only 17.1 GB available.  What do I have to sign up here to include both computers.  Do I still keep paying ICloud monthly for 200 GB storage?  (I did request a while back to charge yearly but nothing was done so I left it at that).   I do not know much about how the system works.
