Hello can you help me, my laptop camera/video's are not showing right.  The screen when watching or talking on skype with video link on my screen is only showing the top of my head/hair because i don't know how to change it back to normail size.  If i want to watch a video on Youtube on my screen it shows only big screen so i can't see anything.

I hope this makes sense .

@Teresa57
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

I see that your experiencing issue with webcam and YouTube video player size.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
  • When was the last time it worked fine?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
  • Have you tried playing YouTube video on the different web browser?
  • What is the operating system?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps:

You can manually change the size of YouTube video player by simply adjusting the size of your browser. Alternatively,
you can select the
Theater mode buttonhttps://lh3.googleusercontent.com/kfCsEk4RGAUh4N9HJitbjN8cAkB_zM76g18p4VX16ujqlbaHX8k0mAfkiK8ccJVSNX8Y=w32 in the bottom corner of the video player to view your video in a large player without going into full screen, or the Miniplayer button tohttps://lh3.googleusercontent.com/UoLQKOgAzUzsIJIS_OogwrD1YHekBykFZU8nKH3ro0OsrByRH3ZyD4a0tF_1f_aHtg=w20 view in a smaller player.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
