Hello can you help me, my laptop camera/video's are not showing right. The screen when watching or talking on skype with video link on my screen is only showing the top of my head/hair because i don't know how to change it back to normail size. If i want to watch a video on Youtube on my screen it shows only big screen so i can't see anything.
I hope this makes sense .

@Teresa57
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
I see that your experiencing issue with webcam and YouTube video player size.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
- When was the last time it worked fine?
- Have you made any hardware/software changes?
- Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
- Have you tried playing YouTube video on the different web browser?
- What is the operating system?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps:
You can manually change the size of YouTube video player by simply adjusting the size of your browser. Alternatively,
you can select the Theater mode button in the bottom corner of the video player to view your video in a large player without going into full screen, or the Miniplayer button to
view in a smaller player.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
