HP Pavilion x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ek0000 (54B24AV)

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address a discrepancy I've noticed regarding the warranty start date of my HP laptop. My laptop's serial number is [Personal Information Removed]. According to the warranty information provided, the start date is listed as 22-11-23, with the estimated end date also being 22-11-23. However, I purchased this laptop on 26-01-2024, which seems to conflict with the stated warranty dates.I would greatly appreciate it if you could review this discrepancy and update the warranty information to reflect the actual purchase date. Ensuring the accuracy of the warranty coverage is important to me, and I trust that you will assist me in resolving this matter promptly.Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

The warrant start date is configured at the factory when the PC is built.  If it sits on a shelf, or in a warehouse, for several months, that date does not get updated.

Unfortunately, we can not change the date for you -- you have to do that yourself.

You should really check with Customer Support at this link to see if they can do anything for you:
