Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP
Hi;
I posted recently regarding a computer i was given that did not start up.
The excellent advice given on here aligned with my thinking regarding a pooched power supply.
The computer fired right up and is a useable device with a windows XP.
Now I purchased an Office 2010 suite dvd set to install (1 disc ) .
The program wont load as i get an 'incorrect product code ' warning.
Does the computer need to be on line to complete the installation of the suite?
The computer is not set up for wireless connection and would require a land line if this is neccessary.
I am in contact with the seller on Amazon , but back and forth takes some time.
What do you guys think?
