Installing updates recommended by HP Support Assistant is taking too long. Should I abort it or not? Can it be more friendly for an idiot to operate?
After a long wait I get a stupid prompt "please confirm the installation results to continue with 3 choice of answers - successful, failed, don't know"
Please don't waste our time. Quality of recommendation is poor.

@D24 , welcome to the forum.
If you have not aborted by now, please do! I suggest that you download and install the latest version of HP Support Assistance here. It makes it much easier to find what you need.
Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.
