HP Recommended

I have a Z240 Tower Workstation working smoothly, sometimes I check for updated drivers and for more than a year there's a recommended update for Intel Chipset Driver (ver. 10.1.18228.8176 Rev.A-DCH). I install it but next time I check for updates it will come up as recommended. 

I guess this is for Intel Xeon (right?) and if i check in the Device Manager under Processors there are eight (?) Intel Xeons listed and all have the the driver version 10.019041.2728. 
So I guess the new driver doesn't install. Any solution or suffestions?
