Yes I do have one installed.  Using Device Manager there is a yellow warning triangle associated with the Intel MEI driver.  I can't update or at the moment reinstall it.  I believe this may be the reason my webcam is flickering and freezing.  I believe you mentioned that your first two links don't seem to have associated drivers but maybe the third might.  Is that correct?

then indeed, the first two links no drivers
uninstall the one in place, and try the other two !

It seems that it does update the MEI file "TeeDrive8x64.sys  but it doesn't start according to Device Manager.  Is it possible to reinstall the entire Intel Management Engine Drive?  Thanks for your help

Which file works, will install without error then?
have you tried removing the driver before?
