I have three SSDs in my desktop and they all show this. Don't know of any way to "fix" this -- so just ignore it.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP

If your internal SSD and HDD are appearing as removable devices in Windows:
- Enter BIOS/UEFI setup and ensure SATA controller mode is set to AHCI.
- Update SATA controller drivers in Device Manager under "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers."
- Adjust registry settings in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\storahci\Parameters\Device by setting TreatAsInternalPort to the appropriate SATA port number.
- Disable Hot Plug feature in BIOS to prevent SATA ports from being treated as hot-swappable.
- Check for BIOS updates and reinstall chipset drivers if issues persist. Restart your computer after making changes.
