Product: HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-cr0000 (538A1AV)

HPCC.Bg.BackgroundSys is showing as Malware in Security Task Manager. Is it Malware, none of my Virus or Malware products show it except for Security Task Manager. If it needs to be removed how do I remove it.
