Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am not able to create Virtual Machine with VMware Workstation/Player on my device with windows 11.

Device Model : HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-dy0xxx

 

Do i need to enable any setting in the BIOS to make it work ??

@VirtualAB -- have you downloaded and installed the most-recent version of VMWARE? Perhaps, the vendor has recently updated the software, to resolve some incompatibility with Windows 11.

 

Does Windows 11 have an option to run a specific app, such as VMWARE, in a "wrapper" that emulates Windows 10?

 

I presume that you can launch the VMWARE app. Correct?

 

Do you have a problem "defining" a new V.M., or a problem "loading" a guest operating system inside the newly-created V.M. ?
