I have some problem on my driver and i found driver which solved the problem but it available on website ftp.hp.com

should i download from from this website or not

please provide some help

driver which has problem 

hardware ids is PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_522A&SUBSYS_830F103C&REV_01

You're very welcome.

 

What you can do is this...

 

Go to the device manager.

 

Click on the PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_522A device needing the driver.

 

Click on the driver tab.

 

Click on Update driver.

 

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.

 

That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp96384.

 

Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.

Hi:

 

Yes, it is safe to download from the HP ftp site, but you can just use the Realtek SD card reader driver from your notebook's support page...this is the latest one they have.

first thank you for quick reply but the driver you provide is not support on my laptop 

it say this driver does not support on this os version 10.0.01.19044 something like that
