I have a Hp slimline 455-012il desktop. 

Product no- P4N20AA

I am using 32bit version of win7.

I want to upgrade it to Win10 64 bit .

Is my pc compatible with win10 64 bit?

To "upgrade" would mean to change the OS version while retaining your accounts, data, settings and applications.  But, you can not "upgrade" from 32-bit to 64-bit.  It simply is not possible.

 

You would have to install 64-bit fresh and that means nothing is going to carry over from your Win7 32-bit install to the Win1- 64-bit install.  You would have to obtain and reinstall all your applications and you might have to find 64-bit versions for some of them, although some 32-bit apps still work in Win10 64-bit.
