Microsoft Windows 11

When I run the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI version 10.7.3.0 on my Windows 11 laptop it says the version is out-of-date. I have gone to the HP PC Hardware Diagnostic Tools site - https://support.hp.com/gb-en/help/hp-pc-hardware-diagnostics - to download the latest version shown there - sp157678.exe - but when I run this file, it states:
TITLE: HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI For FTP only (Win7/8/8.1/10 32/64-bit)
However, if I go to the HP Windows 11 Support site and look for the latest version of the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI tool for Windows 11, it states that this is 10.7.3.0 Rev.A (which I already have). NOTE: I have also run the auto-detection tool on the HP Support site and this claims that all my software & driver versions are currently up to date.
Is HP about to release a UEFI 10.7.4.0 version for Windows 11 separately, or is sp157678.exe already suitable for installing on Windows 11, but just doesn't specify this correctly?
